Due to a fire in a data center, we are currently temporarily unavailable via our general      phone number. At this moment, we can only be reached through E-mail and WhatsApp.

 Dear Customer,
 Hereby you receive an update regarding the fire that occurred at our NorthC location in Almere. Redundant generator power is expected to be available by 12:00 noon on Wednesday at the latest. At that time, we will resume controlled activation of customer equipment. This represents a delay from the previously communicated 72-hour timeframe.
This delay is due to a critical component for redundant power restoration currently in transit, expected to arrive in Almere by Tuesday morning. Our engineers will begin installation and connection as soon as it arrives. 
We are establishing redundant power from the outset to ensure a seamless transition to the regular mains supply later, without further interruption.We understand this delay affects your operations and sincerely regret the inconvenience. We will notify you as soon as power and cooling are restored.

Holiday closure 2025

Please note that our office will be closed during the following periods: 

• Summer: August 2nd to August 17th
• Winter: December 20th to January 4th

During these dates, we will not be available for cleaning or maintenance services. 

Requests can be submitted up to 3 days before the start of the closure period.
Please note that all requests must be confirmed before the closure begins in order to be scheduled.
